- Must be at least age 21.
- The maximize the travel experience, the number of guests will be limited to 20.
- $400 per person is required as a non-refundable deposit. If the trip does not fill to minimum of 10 guests, the deposit will be applied to a future Journey within the following 12 months.
- Once the minimum of 10 guests is met, you will be notified by email and at that time the remaining $2,250 will be due.
- Airfare is scheduled when a minimum of 10 guests have booked. The total cost of the airfare is covered in the Journey price including one checked bag (within the parameters of the airline’s checked bag size and weight chart), government fees, airport and departure taxes, and fuel surcharges. There will be no airfare add‐ons or price changes once payment has been made.
- Price per person is based on coach tickets.
- While our intent is all guests would be able to depart from their closest airport, there may be occasions when a different airport is required for departure. In that case, guests will be responsible for their transportation to and from that airport.
- Hotel Accommodations are based on double occupancy.
- A $150 hotel credit per guest is included to ensure all guests have at least one meal covered at the hotel, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, but the credit can be used for purchasing anything the hotel offers -- meals, bar, spa or gift shop purchases.
- A credit card is required at hotel check-in for incidentals. If there are no incidentals and guests come at or under the $150 hotel credits given for their use by Journeys, the guest's credit card will not be charged.
- Other than the Welcome Reception, Planned Dinner Experience and Planned Local Experience, guests are responsible for all other meals.
- Journeys is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Journeys is not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred on any portion of a Journey trip.
Should a guest be unable to travel for any reason, each expense will be handled as follows:
- $400 deposit -- can be applied to any future trip within the following 12 months;
- Airline tickets -- guest will need to contact the airline directly ahead of travel date;
- Hotel -- will be refunded 100% if cancelled prior to specific HOTEL POLICY rules (typically between 24 hours and 7 days before check-in date);
- Special Events and all other Transportation -- will be refunded 100% if cancelled prior to 48 hours before departure.
